目的:分析惠水县人民医院2011~2015年传染病发病情况及流行特征,为更好的制定传染病控制规划,加强传染病管理提供一定的科学依据。方法:采用描述流行病学方法对2011~2015年传染病网络报告资料进行统计方析。结果:2011~2015年共报21种传染病2876例,其中报告乙类2007例,丙类3052例,其它传染病817例,无甲类传染病报告。报告发病率居前5位的依次为手足口病、肺结核、水痘、腮腺炎、乙肝。传播途径以肠道传染病发病最高,其次为呼吸道传染病。结论:手足口病、肺结核为主要上报传染病,是重点防控病种。梅毒及淋病的发病有上升趋势。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the incidence and epidemic characteristics of infectious diseases in Huishui County People’s Hospital from 2011 to 2015, and to provide some scientific evidence for better planning of infectious disease control and strengthening the management of infectious diseases. Methods: Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to conduct statistical analysis on the reported data of infectious diseases network from 2011 to 2015. Results: From 2011 to 2015, 2876 cases of 21 infectious diseases were reported, including 2007 cases of Category B, 3052 cases of Category C and 817 cases of other infectious diseases. There were no reports of Category A infectious diseases. Reported incidence of the top five followed by hand-foot-mouth disease, tuberculosis, chicken pox, mumps, hepatitis B. The route of transmission is the highest incidence of intestinal infectious diseases, followed by respiratory infectious diseases. Conclusion: Hand-foot-mouth disease and tuberculosis are the main reported communicable diseases, which are the key prevention and control diseases. The incidence of syphilis and gonorrhea is on the rise.
