1.概况邯邢矿山局钢铁厂有100m~3、120m~3高炉各一座。原料主要以自熔性土烧结矿(R=1.2),自熔性球团矿(R_2=1.1)各50%配合使用。自1996年10月份24m~2烧结机投产后开始生产高碱度烧结矿(R_2=1.7)与酸性球团矿(R_2=0.6)以50%的比例入炉。烧结配料时采用白云石粉代替石灰石粉生产MgO>3.5%的高碱度烧结矿,白云石的主要成分,C_aO 39.17%,MgO17.69%。经过一段时间的生产实践,发现高MgO烧结矿不仅能改善烧结矿质量使其强度提高、含粉率降低。而且能明显改善炉渣的冶金性能,使炉况顺行稳定,产量增加,焦比降低。 2.高炉冶炼效果分析为便于比较分析,取1996年6月29日~7月29日为基准期,1996年11月29日~12月29日为试验期,主要技术指标见表1。
