目的:探讨ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(ω-3 PUFA)对去卵巢大鼠骨形态学的影响。方法:将60只雌性大鼠随机分为去卵巢(OVX)组、17α-炔雌醇(E2)组、小剂量ω-3 PUFA组、中剂量-ω3 PUFA组和大剂量ω-3 PUFA组以及假手术(Sham)组。于用药90 d后,分离大鼠股骨,进行大体测量;分离大鼠胫骨,经光学显微镜观察各组骨小梁的变化。结果:E2组和小剂量ω-3 PUFA组大鼠股骨中段直径增粗较明显,与OVX组比有显著性差异。大鼠去卵巢后骨小梁数量明显减少、排列稀疏、网状结构缺如,各-ω3 PUFA组骨小梁数量均增加,骨小梁之间的连接亦增多,尤以E2组和小剂量-ω3 PUFA组骨小梁数量增多明显。结论:ω-3 PUFA对去卵巢大鼠的骨形态有一定的改善作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (ω-3 PUFA) on bone morphogenesis in ovariectomized rats. Methods: Sixty female rats were randomly divided into ovariectomized (OVX) group, 17α-ethinyl estradiol (E2) group, low dose ω-3 PUFA group, medium dose ωω 3 PUFA group and high dose ω-3 PUFA group And sham group. After 90 days of treatment, the femurs were isolated and measured. The tibias of rats were isolated and the changes of trabecular bone were observed by light microscopy. Results: In the E2 group and the low-dose omega-3 PUFA group, the diameter of the femur in the middle part of the rats increased significantly, compared with the OVX group. After traumatic ovariectomy, the number of trabecular bone was significantly reduced, the arrangement was sparse, and the network structure was absent. The number of trabecular trabeculae increased in each -ω3 PUFA group and the connection between trabecular bone increased, especially in E2 group and low dose -ω3 PUFA group trabecular number increased significantly. CONCLUSION: Omega-3 PUFA can improve the bone morphology of ovariectomized rats.
