Since the 15th Five-year Plan period, Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences has persistently focused its work on science and technology and vigorously implemented the strategy of strengthening its personnel. It focused on innovating its working mechanism and improving the working environment for qualified personnel to comprehensively strengthen the building of a contingent of qualified personnel. Since the “10th Five-Year Plan”, the Academy of Agricultural Sciences has cultivated 60 in-service master's degree students and 21 doctoral students.
