为观察纳秒级陡脉冲电场(nsPEFs)治疗绿色荧光蛋白标记的恶性黑色素瘤细胞裸鼠皮下瘤的疗效,本实验采用活体荧光成像技术检测治疗前以及治疗后48h、10d的皮下瘤荧光变化,组织学检测治疗后90d治疗局部效果。数码相机随访治疗后疤痕变化。结果显示,治疗组皮下瘤荧光强度及面积于治疗后48h大部分减少,至治疗后10d完全消失,对照组则逐渐增加。组织学证实治疗组治疗后90d治疗原位未见肿瘤细胞。皮下瘤治疗后治疗区域出现结痂,随时间推移,疤痕逐渐变浅。结果表明:nsPEFs可以有效治疗裸鼠恶性黑色素瘤,且疤痕少,操作简单,它可能成为浅表肿瘤临床治疗的一种新途径。
In order to observe the efficacy of nsPEFs in treatment of green fluorescent protein-labeled malignant melanoma cells in nude mice, the fluorescence changes of subcutaneous tumor before treatment and 48h and 10d after treatment were detected by in vivo fluorescence imaging. The results showed that nsPEFs could effectively treat malignant melanoma in nude mice with few scars and simple operation, which may be a new way of clinical treatment of superficial tumors.
