全国渗碳热处理新技术交流与研讨会于1993年4月22日至26日在洛阳举行,会议是由中国热处理行业协会、洛阳市热处理专业协会和洛阳市重工局联合主办,洛阳矿山机器厂承办的,与会代表90余人,热协副理事长兼秘书长樊东黎高工出席会议并致开幕词,开幕式后他随即向大会作了访日报告,并介绍了于去年9月在日本召开的第八届国际材料热处理大会情况,并向大会报告了中国机械工程学会热处理分会前理事长、哈尔滨工业大学雷庭权教授荣任下届国际材料热处
National carburizing heat treatment technology exchange and seminar was held in Luoyang from April 22 to April 26, 1993.
