在妇科肿瘤中以子宫颈癌和卵巢癌为多见,目前公认患子宫颈癌者当首选放射疗法,而卵巢癌依病期不同,可采用手术、放疗或化疗的不同组合方武综合治疗.但在放射治疗中,由于肿瘤细胞致死所需放射量和正常组织的耐受量差异很小(即治疗比小),故时有放疗效果欠佳或放射损伤较重之弊.为此,本文就放射增敏手段在妇科肿瘤中应用的可能性进行探讨.1 放射增敏依据利用化学或物理的手段改变肿瘤细胞的生物行为,使其对射线敏感,易于被射线消灭,却不使正常组织产生致敏的措施(增大治疗比),即放射增敏
