随着我国股份制企业的规模不断扩大,随之而来的各种经济活动也日益复杂,这就对企业财务管理工作提出了新的要求。企业要持续发展,必须依托财务管理在企业管理中核心主导地位的作用,来建立完善的财务管理体系,运用先进的财务管理理念。笔者从分析股份制企业财务管理的主要内容入手,对财务管理存在的问题进行探讨,并提出相关的解决措施。
With the continuous expansion of the size of the joint-stock enterprises in our country, the accompanying various economic activities are also increasingly complex, which sets new demands on the financial management of enterprises. Enterprises to sustainable development, we must rely on financial management in the core business management role in the leading role to establish a sound financial management system, the use of advanced financial management concepts. From the analysis of the main contents of the financial management of joint-stock enterprises, the author discusses the problems existing in the financial management and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
