加入WTO,对我国高等职业教育影响更是巨大而深刻。从表面上看,WTO运行强调的是以市场经济为基础,以公平竞争、自由贸易为基本原则,各成员必须遵守以世界贸易组织为核心的国际多边贸易体制中的各种规则,但它所内含的要求则是高职教育在人才培养模式上的变化,所培养的人才应当能够适应WTO新游戏规则,并具备新的意识和新的能力。本文针对法律事务人才的培养目标、课程设置、培养途径和就业提出了新的观点和看法。
After joining the WTO, the impact on higher vocational education in our country is even greater and profound. On the surface, the WTO operation emphasizes on the basis of a market economy, fair competition and free trade as its basic principles. Members must abide by all the rules in the international multilateral trade system with the WTO as the core. However, The inherent requirement is the change of higher vocational education in personnel training mode. The personnel trained should be able to adapt to the new rules of WTO and possess new awareness and new abilities. This article puts forward new ideas and opinions on the training objectives, curriculum, training methods and employment of legal professionals.
