日本的雇佣制度一贯以其独特的高度稳定性而著称,但是随着泡沫经济的破灭,这种稳定的、传统的雇佣制度发生了颠覆性的变化。在现代日本企业中雇佣制度呈多样化发展,并且正式雇佣缩小、非正式雇佣扩大这一趋向十分明显。本文深刻剖析雇佣制度的变革,着重分析非正式雇佣的发展,并且从中得出对尚未发展成熟的中国雇佣制度的借鉴作用。
Japan’s employment system has always been known for its uniquely high degree of stability, but as the bubble economy shattered, this stable, traditional employment system has undergone a disruptive change. In modern Japanese enterprises, the employment system is diversified, and the formal employment is narrowed. The tendency of informal employment to expand is clear. This article profoundly analyzes the changes of the employment system, focusing on the analysis of the development of informal employment, and draws lessons from the not yet mature Chinese employment system.
