焊接零件经电镀处理后,在干燥过程中、残存于焊接部位小缝隙孔中的溶液会流出外部,使镀层表面受到污损。如果仔细分析一下这种残存液的成份就会发现,它是在进行第一道处理工序时就进入焊接部位小缝隙孔中的溶液。在其后的处理过程中它一直留在缝隙孔中,直到干燥处理时才流出外部。例如,第一道工序进行的是碱性脱脂处理,那么进入缝隙孔中的碱性脱脂液即使在接着进行的酸洗处理过程中也不被中和,而一直残留到最后工序。同样,如
After the welding parts are electroplated, during the drying process, the solution remaining in the small gap holes in the welding part will flow outwards, so that the surface of the coating is defaced.
