2008年4月23日至25日,来自全国检察机关、部分高等院校的专家学者180余人参加了在湖南长沙召开的第九届全国检察理论研究年会。与会专家学者重点围绕司法规律和法律监督的基本理论、检察权定位与配置、检察改革的重点与方向等问题进行了交流和研讨。为全面反映此次会议的研讨成果,本刊特选登三篇会议交流的论文及本刊记者的综述文章,以飨读者。
From April 23 to April 25, 2008, over 180 experts and scholars from procuratorate organs and some institutions of higher learning took part in the Ninth National Prosecution Theory Research Annual Conference held in Changsha, Hunan. The participating experts and scholars focused on the judicial theory and the basic theory of legal supervision, procuratorial power positioning and configuration, prosecution reform focus and direction and other issues were exchanged and discussed. In order to fully reflect the outcome of the symposium on this conference, the journal selected three essays exchanged by the conference and a reviewer’s essay to readers.
