目的观察Nd:YAG激光致Long Evans大鼠视网膜损伤对其caspase-9 mRNA水平、蛋白表达水平和酶活性的影响。方法建造大鼠视网膜Nd:YAG激光照射损伤模型,眼底照相观察大鼠视网膜损伤,于照后即刻、3h、6h、12h、24h、3天和7天不同时相点,检测受损视网膜的caspase-9的mRNA和蛋白表达以及酶活性的变化,并与假照射组进行比较。结果 Nd:YAG激光照后LE大鼠视网膜组织中caspase-9 mRNA表达无明显变化,但在照后6h和12h,活化的caspase-9蛋白表达和caspase-9酶活性均明显升高(P<0.01)。结论 Nd:YAG激光照射导致LE大鼠视网膜caspase-9活化。
Objective To observe the effects of Nd: YAG laser on the expression of caspase-9 mRNA, protein and enzyme activity in retina of Long Evans rats. Methods Retinal Nd: YAG laser irradiation injury model was established. Retinal fundus was used to observe retinal damage in rat retina. The caspase of damaged retina was detected at different time points of 3h, 6h, 12h, 24h, 3d and 7d -9 mRNA and protein expression and enzyme activity changes, and compared with sham irradiation group. Results There was no significant change in the expression of caspase-9 mRNA in the retina of LE rats after Nd: YAG laser irradiation. However, the expression of caspase-9 and caspase-9 were significantly increased at 6h and 12h after irradiation (P < 0.01). Conclusion Nd: YAG laser irradiation led to activation of caspase-9 in retina of LE rats.
