目的:探讨心血管介入诊疗中影响术者辐射防护与安全的相关因素并对术者的放射防护提出的相关建议。方法:使用多用剂量、TLD剂量片和头胸腹拟人模体分别测定术中术者所站立的重要区域、遮光器大小改变、检查床到影像增强器的距离、影像增强器照射野变化时术者所接受的辐射剂量值,并进行对比分析。结果:成功测定术者相关影响因素变化时的辐射剂量值,并绘制介入诊疗中术者站立区域剂量分布示意图,测定并给出遮光器大小、检查床到影像增强器的距离、影像增强器照射野变化时术者的辐射剂量值。结论:术者站立的区域、遮光器、距离、影像增强器照射野等参数的选择都会影响到术者辐射防护与安全,同时应注意联合选用多种放射防护措施进行保护。 OBJECTIVE: To explore the related factors influencing the radiation protection and safety of the surgeon in the cardiovascular interventional diagnosis and treatment, and put forward some suggestions on the radiation protection of the surgeon. Conclusion: The choice of parameters such as the standing area, occluder, distance and image intensifier irradiation field will affect the radiation protection and safety of the surgeon. At the same time, we should pay attention to the combination of multiple radiological protection measures.
