In order to explore the genetic relationship among Syringa species, Euonymus species and Syringomyces genus, 8 pairs of selective amplification primers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 14 species of Syringa and 37 species of Euonymus species The three species of Ligustrum were analyzed by AFLP. Ntsyspc software was used to analyze the amplification results. Based on the genetic similarity coefficient, the Nei genetic distance was calculated and the UPGMA method was used for clustering. The results showed that AFLP amplified a total of 447 bands, of which 395 polymorphic bands, the polymorphism rate was 88.4%, the genetic distance between the samples was between 0.01 and 1.44. The clustering results are basically the same as the traditional classification results, except that the species clustering of some European clover species and the terminal flower series is a branch. The species of the short crown group is clustered in the interior of the long corolla tube group. Corolla tube group within the species Qiao Ling flowers and top inflorescences Department of species clustering cross phenomenon; Ligustrum clustered in the interior of the genus Syringa. Based on this, it is concluded that there is an inflorescence of inflorescences in the breeding process of European clove varieties; the division of the genus Syringa should be divided into groups; the genetic relationship between the Qiao ling flowers and the terminal inflorescences is relatively close; the genus Syringa is not A natural monophyletic group, the virginity and the genus Syringa between the origin and taxonomic status to be further studied.
