党的十八届四中全会审议通过的《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》,对“深化行政执法体制改革”内容给予了重点关注。本文从法治政府建设、维护社会公平正义和优化发展环境几个维度出发,深入分析了国家当前行政执法体制存在的问题,并从不同角度探讨了深化行政执法体制改革的有效路径。
The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues in Ruling the Country by Law” passed by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has given priority to the content of “Deepening the Reform of the Administrative Law Enforcement System.” Based on several aspects such as the construction of government by law, the maintenance of social fairness and justice and the optimization of development environment, this article deeply analyzes the existing problems of the current administrative law enforcement system in our country and discusses the effective ways of deepening the reform of administrative law enforcement system from different perspectives.
