我们知道,水利水电工程项目施工在整个水利水电工程项目体系中占有非常重要的位置。本文以当前我国水利水电工程项目施工管理的发展现状为切入点,具体分析了其在发展过程中存在的不足。同时,本文还初步分析了加强对水利水电工程项目施工管理的必要性,并进一步探究了提升水利水电工程项目施工管理效率的方法。
We know that the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects occupy a very important place in the entire water conservancy and hydropower project system. In this paper, the current development status of construction management of China’s water conservancy and hydropower projects as the starting point, the specific analysis of its shortcomings in the development process. At the same time, this paper also analyzes the necessity of strengthening the construction management of water conservancy and hydropower projects, and further explores ways to improve the construction management efficiency of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
