以景逸汽车用自动变速箱为研究对象,基于ADVISOR软件建立了液力变矩器仿真子模块,并与ADVISOR软件中的发动机子模块组装成与其共同工作的动力总成仿真模块,得到发动机与液力变矩器共同工作时的输出特性;针对该动力总成在Matlab/Simulink环境支持下,设计了动力性换挡规律。仿真结果表明,设计的换挡规律能够很好地实现换挡控制的要求,整车达到较好的动力性,从而验证了所设计的换挡规律及液力变矩器模块的有效性。
Taking the automatic transmission in Jingyi Automobile as the research object, the torque converter simulation submodule was established based on ADVISOR software, and the engine submodule in ADVISOR software was assembled into its powertrain simulation module to work with it. Torque converter work together when the output characteristics; for the powertrain in Matlab / Simulink environment support, the design of the power shift schedule. The simulation results show that the designed shift schedule can well achieve the requirements of shift control and the vehicle achieves better dynamic performance, thus validating the designed shift schedule and the effectiveness of the torque converter module.
