首钢大石河选矿厂自投产以来,11个生产系列22台φ2700×3600格子型球磨机(磨机),其衬里一直沿用锰钢材质,由于衬里形状或材质欠佳,既造成衬里消耗高,又影响设备作业率或磨矿效果。近年来我们采用橡胶筒衬,在5系列2次φ2700×3600格子型球磨机代替铸钢筒衬,进行了工业性试验,取得了可喜的进展。 1.性能及安装 橡胶衬里主体材料为顺飞—胶,其主要技术参数:
