Today, with the rapid economic development, the continuous social progress and the increasingly diversified public space design, an invisible group is gradually being neglected by people who are disabled. Although they are the most vulnerable groups in society, even though our country has made great strides in the development of disabled people’s groups over the years, the social viability of handicapped people in the public space environment is still far from perfect. Some of these disabled groups have lost their legs and some have lost their eyes. To varying degrees, they can not walk in public spaces like normal people and can not be respected and helped very well. To be able to improve the public space in which even disabled people can walk freely, completely autonomy. To make accessible groups of disabled people accessible in public spaces not only be accessible but also to pay attention to their psychological sense of fairness and importance. This is the starting point and ultimate goal of illustrating the use of universal design in public spaces for the disabled.
