有关白血病、再障等病人的同种骨髓移植问题已研究多年,但直至60年代所获结果仍不满意。失败的原因主要是:①移植对象多为晚期病例;②未能给予充分的移植前治疗;③对于组织相容性抗原(HL-A)没有认识;④对于移植物抗宿主反应缺乏预防及治疗手段。
The same type of bone marrow transplant has been studied for many years in patients with leukemia and aplastic anemia, but the results were not satisfactory until the 1960s. The main reasons for the failure are: ① most of the transplant recipients are late-stage cases; ② fail to give adequate pre-transplant treatment; ③ do not know about the HL-A; ④ lack of prevention and treatment of graft-versus-host reaction means.
