随着人民生活水平的不断提高以及教育改革的不断深化,人们越来越重视幼儿教育。幼儿教育作为培养孩子生活、学习习惯,打好孩子学习基础的重要阶段,在孩子的成长过程中发挥着不可替代的作用。对于小班孩子而言,由于其年龄尚小,且刚刚离开爸妈的呵护,有时候表现得相对自由、散漫。针对这一情况,幼儿园教师应该做好常规教育。而对于常规教育而言,它具体体现在班级常规建设上,针对成就良好的班级常规进行了阐述与分析。
With the continuous improvement of people’s living standard and the continuous deepening of education reform, people pay more and more attention to early childhood education. Early childhood education as an important stage of training children’s life, learning habits and laying the foundation for children’s study play an irreplaceable role in the growth of children. For small children, because of their young age, and have just left the care of parents, and sometimes relatively free and loose performance. In response to this situation, kindergarten teachers should be regular education. As for conventional education, it is embodied in the regular construction of class, and elaborates and analyzes the well-established class routine.
