青岛市上半年共批准利用外资项目1025个,同比增长20.6%,合同吸引外资35.05亿美元,同比增长35.3%,实际吸引外资18.21亿美元,同比增长56.4%。其中外商直接投资合同外资21亿美元,实际外资14.58亿美元;外商投资企业境外借款合同外资12.58亿美元,其它投资1.46亿美元;实际外资境外借款2.1亿美元,其它投资1.52亿美元。在这些项目中,平均单项合同外资额341.97万美元,比去年同期增加36.56万美元。其中总投资在1000万美元以上的项目95个,比去年同期增长13.1%。上半年,有7家世界
Qingdao approved a total of 1025 foreign-funded projects in the first half of the year, an increase of 20.6% over the same period of last year. The contract attracted 3.505 billion U.S. dollars of foreign investment, an increase of 35.3% over the same period of the previous year. The actual attraction was 1.821 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 56.4% over the same period of last year. Among them, foreign direct investment contracts with foreign capital of 2.1 billion U.S. dollars and actual foreign capital of 1.458 billion U.S. dollars; foreign investment of foreign-funded enterprises with foreign loans of 1.258 billion U.S. dollars and other investments of 146 million U.S. dollars; actual foreign loans of 210 million U.S. dollars and other investments of 152 million U.S. dollars.
