精子的活动力是判断精液标本质量的重要指标。在体内仅活动精子能够脱离精液进入宫颈粘液。临床上,精子活动力的测定与精液其他参数有关,特别是精子的形态学特性、浓度、精子总数以及仓鼠卵穿透试验。本文研究的是精子活动力与精子染色体结构之间的关系,用向上泳动法(swimup)选择出高活动性的精子。并对其染色体构成进行检查。染色体的分析采用Rudak等人精子/仓鼠卵方法。将人精子和仓鼠卵混合培养14小时直至第一次有丝分裂,固定,按标准的细胞遗传学技术分析染色体。本研究发现活动力强的精子染色体异常的类型和频率与未选择的精液无差别。手淫法获得精液后先进行精子测定,选择精细胞染色体结构异常率较高的I和R二人为供精者。
Sperm motility is to determine the quality of semen specimens an important indicator. Sperm in the body only active sperm from semen into the cervical mucus. Chromosome analysis was performed using the Rudak et al. Sperm / hamster egg method. Human sperm and hamster eggs were mixed for 14 hours until first mitosis, fixed, and analyzed for chromosomes according to standard cytogenetic techniques. This study found that motile chromosomal abnormalities in sperm motility type and frequency of undifferentiated semen.
