由于近些年来高职院校的大规模扩建与扩招,校园突发事件时有发生,这些突发事件因其突发性、敏感性及破坏性不仅威胁着师生安全,同时也影响了校园的和谐发展,因此高职院校的危机管理显得尤为重要。本文在参考借鉴国内外理论研究的基础上,结合高职院校校园危机管理的现状和特点,运用管理学、教育学、社会学等角度分析目前高职院校校园危机管理中存在的问题,在此基础上提出了高职院校校园危机管理切实可行的对策。
