文章通过对吉林省村级医疗卫生人才的现状调查,进一步了解和分析了乡村医生培训的现状、存在的主要问题,提出了乡村医生在岗培训制度的有关建议,为政府决策提供依据。
Based on the investigation of the status quo of village health professionals in Jilin province, the article further understands and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of village doctors training and puts forward some suggestions on the system of on-the-job training for rural doctors so as to provide the basis for government decision-making.
