药物遗传学为研究人体对药物效应遗传基础的一门科学,又称药理遗传学。本文拟从药物遗传学方面谈一下遗传与合理用药,以供参考。一、遗传与药物效应 遗传因素对药物效应的影响可引起药物动力学和药效动力学变化。研究遗传与药物效应的关系,对临床合理用药有重要意义。 1.药物作用与药酶异常 由于遗传物质突变而使某种药物代谢酶的量或活性改变,导致药物代谢的异常,或药物受体、药物作用部位的改变,而改变药物的作用强度。
