目的:建立缬草抗心律失常有效部位的指纹图谱。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Agilent C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水溶液,梯度洗脱;检测波长:218nm;柱温:38℃;流速:1.0mL/min。结果:建立了缬草抗心律失常有效部位的HPLC-UV指纹图谱,标定了15个共有指纹峰,确定了其相对保留时间和相对峰面积的范围。结论:该方法准确、可靠,可为缬草的质量控制提供参考。
Objective: To establish a fingerprint of the effective site of anti-arrhythmia in Herba. Method: High performance liquid chromatography. The column was an Agilent C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm); the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water, gradient elution; detection wavelength: 218 nm; column temperature: 38° C.; flow rate: 1.0 mL/min. RESULTS: HPLC-UV fingerprints of the effective fraction of anti-arrhythmia were established and 15 common fingerprint peaks were calibrated. The relative retention time and relative peak area were determined. Conclusion: This method is accurate and reliable and can provide reference for the quality control of Valeriana.
