目的了解2015年唐山市海产品中副溶血性弧菌的污染状况以及影响因素。方法采集唐山市3类116份海产品,对副溶血性弧菌进行检测,依据GB 4789.7-2013《食品微生物学检验》中的方法进行副溶血性弧菌的培养、分离、鉴定。结果 2015年唐山市海产品中副溶血性弧菌检出率为20.7%。第三季度的检出率高于其他季度,差异有统计学意义(Fisher精确检验,P<0.05)。3类海产品之间的副溶血性弧菌检出率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.231,P<0.05)。农贸市场的检出率为34.6%,网店为12.5%,两环节检出率均高于其他环节。路北区的检出率为86.7%,明显高出其他地区,差异有统计学意义(Fisher精确检验,P<0.05)。结论 2015年唐山市海产品的污染状况较为严重,且检出率与季度、海产品种类、采样环节和采样地区有密切关系。
Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in seafood in Tangshan in 2015. Methods Totally 116 seafoods from 3 kinds of Tangshan were collected to detect Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The culture, separation and identification of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were carried out according to the method of Food Microbiological Examination of GB 4789.7-2013. Results The detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in seafood in Tangshan in 2015 was 20.7%. The detection rate in the third quarter was higher than that in the other quarters, the difference was statistically significant (Fisher exact test, P <0.05). There was significant difference in the detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus among the three types of seafood (χ ~ 2 = 6.231, P <0.05). The detection rate of farmers’ markets was 34.6% and that of online shops was 12.5%. The detection rate of the two links was higher than that of other links. The detection rate of North Road was 86.7%, which was significantly higher than that of other areas (Fisher exact test, P <0.05). Conclusion In 2015, the pollution status of seafood in Tangshan City was more serious, and the detection rate was closely related to the quarterly, the types of seafood, the sampling links and sampling areas.
