我們机关在省委第二次档案工作会議前,文書批办傳閱的工作上,是存在着一些問題的。如批办范围不明确,每天收到省委、地委、县直属机关及其党組、乡总支的文件全送給書記批办,批語上多是“照办”“貫徹执行”等字样。至于誰办、何时办完,却不清楚。后来改变了这种做法,但又出現了另一种偏向,批办手續繁琐,每天收到的文件先送办公室主任批,再送書記批,这样拖長了批办处理的时間。省的第二次档案工作会議后,經过認真的学習;改进了文書的批办和傳閱。現將我們的工作方法和体会介紹如下: (一)根据机关领导人的分工,划分了文件
