本文阐述了企业党建要处理四种关系的内涵,针对企业党建要处理四种关系结合胜利油田自身特点,指出了适合企业党建要处理四种关系方法。
This paper elaborates the connotation of the four kinds of relations that should be dealt with by Party organizations in the enterprise, and deals with the four kinds of relations in the party building of the enterprises. Combining with the characteristics of Shengli Oilfield, the paper points out that it is suitable to deal with the four types of relations in Party building of enterprises.
