近年来我国公立医院改革的重点已经集中在了县级医院,县级医院是城市和农村医疗卫生体系的连接点,更是新医改政策执行最为关键的一环。本文通过分析县级医院的运营现状,对公立医院补偿机制改革提出对策建议。
In recent years, the reform of public hospitals in our country has focused on the county hospitals. County hospitals are the connecting points between urban and rural medical and health systems and the most crucial part of the new medical reform policies. This article analyzes the operation status quo of county hospitals and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the reform of compensation mechanisms in public hospitals.
