我厂加工的硬质合金拉伸模具原来采用1:5高锰酸钾、三氧化二铬研磨与抛光,加工效率低,劳动强度大,废品率高,作业条件差,对工人身体有害。我们改用500~#碳化硼和JRW油溶研磨膏(2.5~#3.5~#, 5~#,10~#)进行研磨与抛光后,取得了提高工效,改进质量,改善劳动条件,降低成本的效果,光洁度可达10~13。以φ10毫米左右的几种孔形零件为例,其加工过程为:硬质合金毛坯一内磨(金刚石砂轮)一研磨(500~#碳化硼)一抛光(JRW油溶研磨膏)。内磨
