分析了液压机械无级变速器(HMCVT)的换挡过程,建立了HMCVT等效动力学模型,利用SimulationX对湿式离合器液压控制系统和HMCVT换挡过程进行了建模。对变速器无级变速特性和换挡过程中离合器的油压变化规律进行了仿真研究并与试验结果进行了对比,验证了仿真模型的正确性。依据仿真模型分析了HMCVT在换挡过程中的动态特性,研究了阻力矩对离合器滑磨功的影响规律。该仿真模型可以有效地模拟HMCVT换挡的动态过程,可用于预测传动系的性能,为改善换挡品质提供依据。
The shifting process of HMCVT is analyzed. The equivalent dynamics model of HMCVT is established, and the simulation of wet clutch hydraulic control system and HMCVT shift process is modeled by SimulationX. The CVT of the transmission and the change of clutch hydraulic pressure during the shifting process are simulated and compared with the test results to verify the correctness of the simulation model. According to the simulation model, the dynamic characteristics of HMCVT during shift process are analyzed. The influence of drag torque on the friction performance of clutch is studied. The simulation model can effectively simulate the dynamic process of HMCVT shift and can be used to predict the performance of powertrain and provide the basis for improving gear shift quality.
