中国改革开放的成功首先要得益于外部环境的稳定,如邓小平所说的“和平与发展成为世界的主流”,同时也得益于内部战略的正确,特别是执政党和政府始终坚持“以经济建设为中心”,由此找到和实现了改革、发展与稳定的完美的协调统一。但是,中国目前的外部环境和内部环境都在发生急剧的变化,面对新的国内外形势,中国需要明确其所将遭遇的重大历史问题,继续不遗余力地推进改革开放,以确保经济的进一步腾飞和民族国家的真正强大。博士咖啡经过分析,列出了21世纪前期中国将遭遇与亟待解决的3大问题。
