知识经济时代,如何加强现代医院人力资源管理与开发已成为医院最需迫切解决的课题。针对医院人力资源管理现状及存在问题,提出了科学合理的人力资源管理的几点建议。
In the age of knowledge-based economy, how to strengthen the management and development of human resources in modern hospitals has become an urgent issue for hospitals. Aiming at the present situation and existing problems of hospital human resources management, some suggestions on scientific and reasonable human resources management are put forward.
