本文从立法思想这一角度对《档案法》进行了分析,指出现行《档案法》在公平、均衡和可操作性方面存在一些问题和不足,并对如何修改《档案法》提出了一些具体的意见和建议。
This paper analyzes the “Archives Law” from the perspective of legislation and points out that there are some problems and deficiencies in the current “Archives Law” in terms of fairness, balance and operability. Some specific suggestions are given on how to amend the “Archives Law” Opinions and suggestions.
