从建筑施工企业普遍存在管理水平低下的现状出发,提出了基于信息化建设的“三集中”管控模式。针对建筑施工分散性、流动性、非标准性的特点,创造性地将传统建筑产品生产过程纳入12个功能模块组,以工程项目管理信息系统为依托,对建筑工程项目的标准化、流程化提出了解决方案。对于工程项目成本核算问题,提出了以成本科目字典的形式解决预算管理与财务管理的统一化问题。
Starting from the current situation of low management level of construction enterprises, this paper puts forward a “three centralization” management and control mode based on information construction. In view of the decentralization, mobility and non-standard features of construction, creatively integrating the production process of traditional building products into 12 functional module groups, relying on the project management information system, put forward the standardization and flow of the construction project solution. As for the cost accounting of construction projects, it is proposed to solve the unification of budget management and financial management in the form of cost account dictionaries.
