开发开放浦东,邓小平同志破题的一篇跨世纪恢弘力作。 15年经济社会高起点、跨越式的发展,使浦东成为“上海现代化建设的缩影”和“中国改革开放的象征”。 2006年,走过15年辉煌历程的浦东,跨入新五年,来到了一个新的起点之上。刚刚过去的“十五”时期,是浦东新区全面建设外向型、多功能、现代化新城区,率先基本实现现代化的关键时期。在市委、市政府的正确领导下,在浦东新区各方面的共同努力下,顺利完成了 “十五” 确定的主要发展目标和任务,为“十一五”发展奠定了坚实的基础。
We must develop and open a grand transatory masterpiece that is open to question by Pudong and Deng Xiaoping. In the past 15 years, a high starting point and a leap-forward development in economy and society have made Pudong a “microcosm of Shanghai’s modernization” and “symbol of China’s reform and opening up.” In 2006, after 15 years of brilliant history, Pudong entered the new five-year period and arrived at a new starting point. The “fifteen ” period just passed has been a crucial period for Pudong New Area to comprehensively build an outward-looking, multi-functional and modern new metropolitan area and take the lead in basically realizing modernization. With the correct leadership of the municipal party committee and municipal government and the joint efforts of all parties in Pudong New Area, the major development goals and tasks identified in the “10th Five-Year Plan” have been successfully completed, laying a solid foundation for the development of the 11th Five-Year Plan basis.
