在高校的教学管理工作中,应该把以人为本作为其指导思想,因为高校的生存和发展离不开学生和教师这些角色,只有将其作为高校的本源,高校才能取得良好的发展。本文围绕以人为本的高校教学管理展开论述,并诠释了以人为本的含义、以人为本的高校教学管理的含义和以人为本的高校教学管理的基本思想。以人为本的高校教学管理,其实质上的意义就是将以人为本的原理具体地运用于教学管理工作之中,在本质上它是一种具有引导作用的自我管理。
