关税作为最古老的贸易政策工具,对国际贸易的发展影响深远。本文先对关税的概念进行了简要的阐述,对其种类进行具体说明,进而立足于大国和小国两种情形,对关税的净福利效应进行了初步探究,为全球化趋势下我国的关税政策设计提供建议参考。
