利用混合LB技术,在脂肪酸与5,10,15-三苯基-20-(4-dl-α-苯丙氨酰氨基)苯基卟啉(简称TPPP)混合单分子膜内制备了二维微晶畴结构.原子力显微术观测表明;对于长链脂肪酸的情况;膜中形成了处于液态凝聚相的脂肪酸的微晶畴结构;而在短链脂肪酸的情况下,膜中出现的则是处于液态扩张相的TPPP的微晶畴结构.简要讨论了这一结构的实际应用.
Using mixed LB technique, a two-dimensional (2D) structure was prepared in a mixed monolayer of fatty acid and 5,10,15-triphenyl-20- (4-dl- Microcrystalline domain structure. Atomic force microscopy observations indicate that in the case of long chain fatty acids the micro-domain structure of the fatty acids in the liquid coacervate phase is formed in the membrane whereas in the case of short chain fatty acids the membrane appears in the liquid expanded phase TPPP micro-domain structure. Briefly discussed the practical application of this structure.
