本文报告正常妊娠母血106例、脐血152例及异常妊娠母血12例、脐血18例血清T_4值的测定。发现在整个妊娠过程中,母血T_4的均值明显高于正常成年妇女及正常妊娠新生儿脐血的均值,均有非常显著差异。正常妊娠新生儿脐血T_4均值男婴略高于女婴,但无显著性差异。配对的母皿及脐血T_4分析,母血T_4值均高于相应脐血T_4值,但未发现有明显的相关关系。
This article reports 106 cases of normal pregnant maternal blood, 152 cases of umbilical cord blood and abnormal gestational maternal blood in 12 cases, 18 cases of cord blood serum T 4 value determination. Found that in the whole process of pregnancy, maternal blood T 4 mean was significantly higher than that of normal adult women and normal pregnant newborn uterus blood, there are very significant differences. Normal pregnancy neonatal Umbilical cord blood T_4 mean slightly higher than the baby boy, but no significant difference. Paired plate and cord blood T_4 analysis, maternal blood T_4 values were higher than the corresponding cord blood T_4 value, but no significant correlation was found.
