2014年2月12日新疆于田发生MW6.9级地震.由于该地震发生区域位于青藏高原三条主要断裂带,阿尔金断裂、康西瓦断裂和昆仑断裂西端玛尔盖茶卡断裂,的交汇部分,对本次地震破裂方向进行研究有助于理解青藏高原变形及其动力学演化过程.我们根据hypoDD重定位结果通过L1范数线性拟合得到了本次于田地震序列发震断层走向350°,倾角85°,倾向北东.我们同时还通过反投影远震P波得到了于田地震震源破裂传播方向,反投影结果和重定位结果相吻合,显示本次于田地震破裂传播方向为北北西近南北向的单侧破裂.hypoDD重定位和反投影结果说明本次于田地震的发震断层可能并非区域主要北东向阿尔金断裂带,而是一条走向北北西近南北走向的断裂.
The Mw6.9 earthquake occurred in Yutian, Xinjiang, on February 12, 2014.
