传统字典法用于模拟电路软故障诊断时,由于模糊集中的故障状态的密集性常使故障隔离失败。本文在求解系统参数的基础上,用模糊数学辨识故障,使字典的故障分离度提高。此方法还可以用于软故障的在线诊断。
When the traditional dictionary method is used to diagnose soft faults in analog circuits, fault isolation often fails due to the concentration of fault states in fuzzy sets. Based on the solution of system parameters, this paper uses fuzzy mathematics to identify faults and improve the dictionary’s fault resolution. This method can also be used for online diagnostics of soft faults.
