世界的和平与未来的安全,有赖于苏联的陆上力量与英美的海空力量的‘联姻’,比之其他任何单独的因素,都要重要。因为,即使世界所有其他的力量联合起来,都不能对抗这一联姻所造成的力量。
The peace in the world and the security of the future depend on the “marriage” between the land power of the Soviet Union and that between the United States and the United States on sea-air power, more important than any other single factor.
