邓小平同志的南巡谈话明确指出,今后的一段时间,我们的首要任务就是大力发展经济。随着计划经济向市场经济的过渡,企业所有权与经营权的分离,围绕“怎样才能使企业取得最好的经济效益”这个主题,理论界和企业界进行了积极的探索。我以为,一个企业要想使自己的产品占领市场,赢得商战制胜权,在日趋激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,尤应解决好以下几个问题。
Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s southern tour clearly stated that in the coming period, our priority is to develop the economy. With the transition from planned economy to market economy and the separation of corporate ownership and management rights, theoretic circles and the business community have actively explored the theme of “How can we make enterprises achieve the best economic benefits”. I think that if a company wants to make its own products occupy the market and win the right to fight for business, it is in an invincible position in the increasingly fierce market competition. In particular, the following problems should be solved.
