电力企业是我国经济的支柱产业,为我国经济的快速发展提供电力支撑,因此加强电力企业的工作管理对维持我国经济的发展有着积极作用,当前人力资源管理工作逐渐成为一个企业发展的影响因素,只有强化激励机制,为员工提供多元化、全方面的激励方法,才能让员工真正感受到自身对企业工作的贡献,从而以更加热情的斗志投入到工作中,提高工作效率。本文侧重研究激励机制在电力企业人力资源管理工作的应用,并对其重要性和存在的问题进行了详细的解读。
Power enterprises are the pillar industries in our economy and provide the power support for the rapid economic development in our country. Therefore, strengthening the management of power enterprises plays a positive role in maintaining the economic development of our country. At present, human resources management has become an influential factor in the development of enterprises. Only by strengthening the incentive mechanism and providing employees with diversified and all-round incentive methods can employees truly feel their contribution to the work of the enterprise so as to work more enthusiastically and increase their work efficiency. This paper focuses on the application of incentive mechanism in human resources management in electric power enterprises, and analyzes its importance and existing problems in detail.
