目的全氟异丁烯(Perfluoroisobutylene,PFIB)为聚四氟乙烯等工业氟塑料热解气中主要致毒组分,为有效地防护因吸入该有毒气体所致急性肺损伤,本文开展了吸附剂对PFIB的防护研究。方法用气相色谱法研究不同吸附剂对PFIB的防护效果,同时,设计制作动物吸入暴露系统。结果无机吸附剂对PFIB无吸附作用,活性炭因种类不同,防护效果也有差别,试验的活性炭中以光华炭为最好。活性炭吸潮或浸水(超过65%)后将降低或完全失去防护PFIB的作用,当小鼠吸入尾气中含PFIB或其混合物时,动物出现严重肺损伤。经GC-MS分析,PFIB透过光华炭后主要分解为六氟异丁酸和氟化氢。结论对活性炭作进一步研究,将有可能寻找出防护PFIB的有效方法。
Objective Perfluoroisobutylene (PFIB) is the main toxic component in pyrolytic gas of industrial fluoroplastics, such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). In order to effectively prevent acute lung injury caused by inhalation of this poisonous gas, PFIB Protection Study. Methods Gas chromatography was used to study the protective effect of different adsorbents on PFIB. At the same time, animal exposure system was designed and manufactured. Results The inorganic adsorbent had no adsorption effect on PFIB. The activated carbon had different protective effects due to different types. The best activated carbon was Guanghua Carbon. Charging or flooding water (over 65%) of activated carbon will reduce or completely eliminate the protective effect of PFIB, and animals experience severe lung damage when the inhaled tail gas contains PFIB or mixtures thereof. After GC-MS analysis, PFIB mainly decomposed into hexafluoroisobutyric acid and hydrogen fluoride through Guanghua carbon. Conclusion Further research on activated carbon will make it possible to find an effective way to protect PFIB.
