本研究此较三种不同类型的口服避孕药(地索高诺酮,左旋18-甲基炔诺酮,中国1号片)对血脂代谢的改变。结果表示:地索高诺酮除了能升高多项脂质水平外,HDL-C 也有升高趋势;LDL-C/HDL-C 此值显著降低(P<0.05);apoAI/apoB 比值显著升高(P<0.05)。中国1号片对血脂各项水平的改变与地索高诺酮类似,但各项比值均未见有显著改变。左旋18-甲基炔诺酮能升高各项载脂蛋白水平(P<0.05~0.01);而HDL-C 水平显著降低(P<0.05);TC/HDL-C,LDL-C/HDL-C 此值均显著升高(P<0.05)。本研究提示由于这三种药物的生物活性不同,导致左旋18-甲基炔诺酮在某种程度上可能会对心血管系统不利,而地索高诺酮和中国1号片对心血管系统可能有保护作用。
This study compared to three different types of oral contraceptives (Desopostone, Levonorgestrel 18, China No.1) on lipid metabolism. HDL-C also showed a trend of increasing; LDL-C / HDL-C was significantly lower (P <0.05); the ratio of apoAI / apoB was significantly higher High (P <0.05). China’s No. 1 tablets of all levels of blood lipid changes and terpineol similar, but the ratio did not see any significant change. L-18-norgestrel increased the level of apolipoprotein (P <0.05-0.01), while the level of HDL-C decreased significantly (P <0.05) C values were significantly higher (P <0.05). This study suggests that due to the different biological activities of these three drugs, L-18 norethindrone may be somewhat detrimental to the cardiovascular system, whereas dexpressinol and Chinese No. 1 tablets may have adverse effects on the cardiovascular system May have a protective effect.
